Creating high quality products to connect with the community

With our headquarters located in Osaka, we’ve long supported the Ehon Picnic event, and for the first time in 2019 we set up a booth to contribute to the community.
Creating even a small component of a building involves many companies, and everyone uses door handles and levers in the course of their day. We expertly create each piece, one at a time.
To give people the opportunity to learn about this process, we held a workshop called the Kids Work Lab where visitors could make sachets to hang on door handles and levers.
Not only did we make new connections with visitors, but we also connected with companies through having signage made for the event and other activities.

Fragrances for Aromatic Spaces

An aroma fills the space as soon as the door opens.
We presented a fragrance workshop to show people how they can incorporate an extra degree of luxury into their daily lives. Participants could select their favorite dry flower, rock salt, and fragrance and then create their very own sachet.
The door functions to separate a space, but it also causes us to imagine what lies beyond.
Upon grasping a UNION-made handle to open the door, an aroma fills the space, improving the quality of the space, and with it the quality of life.
Going forwards, we will continue to work on creating these kinds of spaces.
