Since August, our company has adopted Vitality, a wellness program provided by Sumitomo Life, as part of our employee benefits. This system allows employees to set exercise goals based on their individual lifestyles, such as running or exercising, and rewards them with items like drinks or donations upon achieving those goals. It encourages choosing to walk instead of using cars or trains for short distances and motivates participation in sports during weekends.
