Upcycling leather offcuts generated in our production process into small leather accessories.

Using leather offcuts generated in our own production processes, participants upcycled these materials into leather accessories. The workshop took place at Utsubo Park in Nishi Ward, Osaka City, where participants created items such as coin purses and key cases by making use of high-quality, colorful leather scraps.
Through this initiative—finding new value in small pieces of material that would otherwise be discarded—we provided an opportunity for participants to experience our commitment to circular manufacturing and sustainable craftsmanship.
