Develop the ability to make the judgments necessary for making choices.

Under the theme “Choices Shape the Future,” we conducted a career lecture at Konan Junior High School in Osaka City.

We conveyed that the accumulation of small, everyday choices shapes one’s future, and that in order to make the best decisions for oneself, it is important to gain a wide range of experiences from an early stage, including during junior high school.

In an era where there is no single correct answer, the ability to think independently, compare options, and make informed decisions is essential.
Such skills are developed not only through knowledge, but through real-life experiences.

Rather than simply receiving information, it is becoming increasingly important to take initiative and make one’s own choices.
We will continue our efforts to support the development of these abilities.
